The interactive projection »Unbesehen« visualizes the dynamic relationship between negotiation processes in our communities and the transformative effect of light and shadow. Located in front of the historic town hall (Rathaus) of Osnabrück, Germany, the work refers to the Treaty of Westphalia in the 15th century and today's regular use as a place for political and cultural events. Using LIDAR technology and real-time video projection, the position of visitors is tracked unnoticed and projected onto the facade by casting shadows. As a result, visitors are encouraged to position themselves in negotiation processes, reflect on them, and highlight new perspectives.
